Lost subscribers on my site (Jetpack plugin)

  Hi there,

  Couldnot understant the reason why I’ve lost all subscribers to my blog. It was 3000+ people, but now is only few. To subscribe I’m using Jetpack plugin’s Subscribe Form. Thank you in advice for your thoughts.
