Not updated WordPress, plugins, and theme

  There was such a problem on the site https//zaya-flowers.ru:

  Plugins have stopped updating and you can’t even add new ones. The Astra theme is not updated and WordPress itself is not updated.

  Writes: Update failed: -1

  And then a page opens and writes that the Site is on a technical break. After 10 minutes, the site returns to normal mode.

  I don’t know what to do and how to solve this problem… Please help

  On the part of the hosting provider, they cannot do anything, supposedly the error is not related to them.
