Payment disable

    hello. I registred on WordPress yesterday for developing my internet shop. I wanted some plugins (WhooCommerce and etc) but WordPress turn off all purchase for my account. I created ticked for support ant got this automatic feedback:

    Why? WordPress doesn’t want get money from my bank card? It my first account on WordPress.Please help me?
