Problem with transactions.

  Hello! Ive got problem with payment for my site. 99$ were taken from my card by some unknown site with 6 strange letters and I cancelled it, thinking that its some fraudulent scheme, and only today I found out that it was payment for site. And problem is that I cant pay again this amount of money because of fine, and I cant pay fine, because I have fine! What should I do?
