Problems with the domain

  Hello! I paid an annual plan (I have the amount charged on my bank account) but I dont have access to my domain (www.jewandgem.com). I dont know why but there is no info in my WordPress account about the purchase…Why?
  Also, I didnt create any web site.

  Please give me the access to the domain and all the tools to be able to move it to another platform (I wont create a site on WordPress platform).
  Or give me back my money and liberate the domain name, so I will buy it again in another place.
