There is no access to my website as an administrator

  There is no access to my website https://zanyatiyasdetmi.ru / as an administrator. I received notifications about the update of the WordPress version in January 2024 to my email. All links from the email are simply transferred to the website itself. And as an administrator, I can not log in, although I prescribe https://zanyatiyasdetmi.ru/wp-admin / I log in to the WordPress site with a password. There are no results in the ‘Sites’ section. My profile doesn’t have my details. Why is this so and what should I do to regain access to my site?
