  For some reason unknown to me, after the site was launched, it was completely locked down with no ability to edit.
  After reading the User Guidelines, I found no violation of the agreement. I believe it was just a mistake and if it is true I want the site unblocked, but if not, I want to know what caused it and if it is possible to fix it so that it does not violate the agreement.
