The "Earnings" section of the monetization dashboard.

Manage your supporters

To view and manage people making payments to your site:

  1. Visit your site’s dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Jetpack → Monetize.
  3. Click the Supporters tab.
  4. From this screen, you can:
    • View a list of all paying customers
    • Access individual supporter details
    • Cancel any active payment

Note: Your supporters can also cancel their payments at any time from their WordPress.com accounts.

Cancel payments and issue refunds

Your supporters can cancel any time from their WordPress.com accounts. To cancel a customer’s payment for them, follow these steps:

  1. Visit your site’s dashboard.
  2. Go to Jetpack → Monetize.
  3. Click on the Supporters tab.
  4. On the right side of a supporter’s details, click the ellipsis (three dots).
  5. Click the “Cancel payment” option.

Selecting “Cancel payment” will cancel the scheduled payment immediately so that the customer will no longer have access to the content they signed up to, and will not be billed again.

Canceling will not automatically refund the customer. To issue a refund to your supporter or customer, visit your Stripe Dashboard. Follow the instructions from Stripe to issue a full or partial refund.
