Feedback Button block

Last reviewed on November 7, 2025

Use the “Feedback Button” block to add an always-visible feedback form for your audience to share feedback or contact you anytime. This free block is powered by our Crowdsignal service.

Example of a feedback button

Here is an example of how the Feedback Button block looks on a website, with the feedback option placed in the lower-right corner:

We call it “Feedback,” but you can make it your own with a few clicks. Change the label text and customize the form content to ask your site visitors anything you’d like to learn in any way that works for you:

Six different suggestions for what your feedback form can say: Contactez-moi, Ask Me Anything, Apply Here, Book Appointment, Contact Me, Say Hi.
