Allow customers to manually verify their order

    I am wondering if there is anyway for customers to verify their order on their own?
    I need this function because I will be running a middleman service for trading streetwear.
    Customer 1 buys the middleman service and inputs all info in checkout (I have already figured this out).
    Customer 1 completes order.
    Customer 2 (trading partner) will either get an email with all the trading details (or just having it verifying it his orderhistory). Once customer 2 has verified that the trading details are correct, they will get another email with the address where they will ship their packages. I will then verify the authenticity and make sure that all the item descriptions are correct and after that send their packages out.
    Without Customer 2 being able to verify the details of the trade, I won’t be able to know if Customer 1 has input the correct details.
    Any help is appreciated :)
