Changes not updating and links broken

    Hello,
    I have a website with different pages on it. I have worked on a update for the last couples of days and as it was ready I wanted to publish the new updated page to the public. I clicked on the publish button but when I use another device to see if the page has been updated there is no changes at all.
    Moreover I entered a clickable text that lends on the new page. But when I click on this link it says the link is broken and that there is no page corresponding.
    This is quite problematic because when I work on changing the website on my desktop, the change appear and there is no broken link. So it’s impossible for me to determine where the problem is coming from and why it is that way.

    Please help. It is quite an urgent matter.
