Do I get access to the pro version of Elementor if I buy the ‘expert plan’ in one.com?

  Hello,
  I am considering upgrading a package that I have at one.com, from enthusiast to expert. In their expert version, they give access to ‘Free advanced wordpress tools’, and so I wonder, does that mean that you get Elementor Pro, for free?
