Flaws with Akismet (bugs?).

    Have noticed that blogs that started to use Akismet don’t work properly any more. This is obvious in particular when all comments are moderated. When full moderation, normally the comment one make is still visible to oneself, with Akismet activated on the blog, it is not. Sometime, the comment seams to be lost completely. I realized this when communicating with a blogger, that always respond to questions in comments, but after activating Akismet randomly didn’t.

    Also, the number of reported comments don’t correspond with the number of showed. One of the blogs I follow (one other than above), reports 49 comments in a specific post, while only 12 plus one pingback are shown. This with a PC and FireFox. With Android and Chrome, it is 49 comments and 13 comments (the pingback is included here). This seems to be only affecting articles written when Akismet is activated. Those without are correct. In one other post, it’s 6 shown out of 27, with no pingbacks. Have communicated with the blogger, who now have disabled the settings of concern, but most of the problem still remain.
