How to build av blogg / homepage

    I intend to create a homepage / blogg and I know exactly how I want it to look like:
    – in the left slot numbered headings to click on for to go to actual discussion; in the same slot but in a new ‘route’ where you can click to earlier inlays ordered by date / year; and finally in the same left handed slot a click bar for to find contact addresses, phone numbers aso
    – a right handed slot where our society’s motto can be red and where you can click in to our meeting minutes aso
    – A slot in the middle with articles about the latest news

    I’ve got a picture (made in MS Word) where you can see how it would look like.

    Is it possible for anyone here to help me?
