How to connect to our domain

    It seems like we’re somehow in a catch 22. I am making the site for someone else. They wanted it on WordPress.com – but by mistake – as they didn’t know the difference – they instead pointed got WordPress at their webhotell – which is like a free set up like WordPress.org. They have cancelled this service but still it seems like I cannot point to that domain to this account here with WordPress.com – which we want to? What do you suggest that I do?
