I think I deleted my account with a reset-button…

    Hello I am freaking out

    I use wordpress.org and I hope I can get help here.
    I was supposed to reset my theme and I followed a few steps from a website..

    So, I pressed ‘Tools’ and then ‘Reset’ and then I was outlogged from my dashboard and my website/domain was totally reset.
    Now I cannot log in to my dashboard again because it says that either my domain-name, username or emailadress is vailable.

    But I can log in to wordpress.org.

    What should I do?? Help =(
