Let customers show which product categories they are interested in and that they can monitor

    I want to:
    Let customers show which product categories they are interested in and that they should be able to change choices themselves?

    I have put up 30 different categories in my webshop. I want the customers to be able to choose which ones they want to monitor for getting e-mail when new product is found in the product category that they have chosenand and that they should be visible on any page, preferably on my accont page which they chose to follow. Then they should be able to change the choices themselves.

    Are there any plugins that can help me with this?
