Mapping .se-domain to free wordpress account?

  I’m trying to map a .se-domain to a free wordpress account. Previously this was possible for 12 euro a year but not anymore. Now it asks me to upgrade my account? Has this changed recently or am I doing something wrong?

  Would be related to me being in Indonesia right now? Ie not coming from a Swedish ISP?
