media library not working in grid mode

  I’m trying to create a new gallery on a page but when I enter the media library on that page and try to add gallery, the images are not loading, and nothing can be added. How do I fix that? I’ve uninstalled all plugins and tried different suggestions. I can see images when I enter the media library from the menu and chose ‘list’mode. Grid mode not working from meny access either.
