Pages will not show up in menu

  Hi! So, I can find the pages that I’ve created in the Appearence tool and I’ve added them to my new menu but they won’t show up. The only thing that shows up is a default title from an old theme that I decided to scrap which links to the contact page. I’ve read on the forums and watched YT tutorials but I can’t find the fix here…
