Problems with the jetpack plugin

    Hi. My name is Johan and I am the web master of a website named norrastavsudda.se (about an island in the Stockholm Archipelago) which I run on behalf of the local island community. We have had until recently a function with the Jetpack plugin that has given the opportunity for people to subscribe on newsletters that I post on the website.

    But recently I discovered that this function was lost on the website, without information being sent to me before about this, or billing, or nor other cause of this, which prevents the subscribers to receive important information.

    It would be very appreciated if you conduct give me advice on how to solve this? I have been in touch with the one.com support which is the the web/domain hostel but they could not give any proper answer. The website is otherwise working with one bill paid once a year.
