Reserved account, claimable?

  Good morning/day/evening, WordPress community!

  Happy New Year!
  Since 2011, I’ve been aiming to claim the wordpress account ’hammid.wordpress.com’, but somehow I can’t and I don’t get how it’s been reserved since it hasn’t ever been used for anything at all!
  Would it be possible for me to claim that wordpress account, since I’ve been uslng hammido.wordpress.com and not too comfortable about it?
