Service point?

    We are a small organization (really small) wanting to get an economic package with a webpage and webhotell. I would except some kind of service point where we could get more information and above all, be able to ask som questions BEFORE we decide to get a page with you. It seems really impossible to find that kind of support which makes us questioning if it is a good idea to start a page with you? Or have we just gotten lost?

    Also, I want to change our user name. It said we could change it, but when I try to, it is not possible?
