Support remove website

Hi,
We got support for around 10 years ago now by a company creating a webpage for our flooring company Kullaberg Golv. They uploaded it via Loopia. Around one year ago our webpage was closed down due to changed of the web language on the webpage. Now we’ve created a new one now with support by another company but we can see that our previous one still consist but not as kullaberggolv.se, instead kullaberggolv.wordpress.com. We have tried to log in to wordpress to remove this old webpage but cannot. We have tried our emailadresses as well as asked the company supporting us long time ago creating the webpage for support if they have the login but they have not. Therefor we’re now contacting you to see if you can support us login and remove this website? You can see on the website the contact info is the same as we’ve on our new one to secure it’s us.
I’m writing from this account sine it was not posible to get in contact with you without any wordpress account. Big thanks for your support and let me know if you need any more details from me.
