WordPress Google Cloud Hosting Problem

  We are using google cloud to host our website and our domain is on google also. But we can’t get in to the website anymore with the ip adress nor domain. the ip adress is http://35.234.82.42/ and the domain is horsecare.app, the domain dont work at all and the ip adress makes the site look broken. We cant get into to admin either using http://35.234.82.42/wp-admin or horecare.app/wp-admin.
