can I get to my old blog site view

  Hello WordPress team. I got some problem is I added Yoast plugin on my site and then my blog site looks different when my reader tried a search from google chrome or another search engine. they saw my blog post with the tabs on the head of the page. (it is the tabs and dashboard I working, so they can see and go around my work site). Now I deactivate Yoast plugin already. but not help
  Question: How can I get back to the normal view of my page. can you help me fix it?
