Customize Home Page

    Hello,
    I have a problem and I can’t solve it for 4 days. I bought a theme and installed it, all the functionality was working, but when I click on view and want to customize my website or change the pages, images, logos, the ‘You customize your site: loading’ message appears, but no matter how long I wait, nothing happens and I have to use my homepage as in the demo content. I would be very happy if you could help. By the way, I talked to my hosting provider and they did all the tests and there does not seem to be any problem. The PHP 8.3 version I use. Also max upload size etc. I would adjust it according to the theme provider’s recommendations, but the result is the same
