Email address valid but wordpress says user unknown. I can't access my blog account.

    I am unable to access my blog isilblog.wordpress.com. When I attempt to go to wp-admin and write my user e.mail, it says user unknown. Then I try to recover password by indicating the email, again I receive a message saying email unknown-user unknows. However my e.mail is still valid. I then realised that my blog is connected with another user account I had for another blow. Yet, when I log in to this profile account, the blog I want to access is not accessable. So in short, I am unable to access to my blog nor recover the password throught email. I am also unable to make any changes in the blog, as it is connected to my another profile but it does not provide me possibilitiy to access this blog admin pages. How can this happen? How can I correct it? (I do not remember my transaction ID, activations URL or have authentication codes.)
