Instagram Direct Shopping Orders Not Sync with Woocommerce

    Hi all,

    We are selling products via Instagram Direct Shopping but the orders made in Instagram are not showing up in woocommerce.

    We used Woocommerce > Facebook plugin for setup and Product Feed Pro for catalogue XML.

    Couldn’t find any settings or whatsoever about this topic in Marketing > Facebook Settings page.

    Is there anything to send the order(made in Instagram Direct) info to Woocommerce?
