localhost i cant set up

    my site is installed on localhost and I recently formatted my computer, I copied and backed up the wordpress file before formatting, now when I try to install it in xampp or bitnami, it says you have installed it before and my pages are not showing. How can I get my site back, my wordpress file is backed up, another method is needed, can you help? this to our problem
