My upgrade is gone

  Hi.I upgraded my site to Premium package about a week ago and i wanted to upgrade to the Business package.I try a few times for upgrade but my credit card is refuced and i my payments are blocked .Today I saw all upgrades of my site are gone.Why did this happen?
