    I’ve automatically purchased an annual plan for my website. Then i cancelled due to the fact that I don’t need the service at the moment. It’s been more than two weeks since i cancelled and waiting for a refund. However, the refund hasn’t been done. And whenever i want to connect a human through the ai support, it is unavailable just because i cancelled my annual plan. Apparently, WordPress.com consider you as its customer only if you pay for something. No matter how long you were using a plan, if you don’t pay, you are out! I want an immediate support about the problem i deal with, thanks.
