Suspended Domain Name

  Hi Support Team,

  On January 24, 2025, I received a refund from WordPress. When I logged into my WordPress panel, I saw that all 10 of my domains had been deleted and my account payments were disabled. Since 2020, I have been actively providing services through these domains, and since my main domain was suspended, I have been struggling for 5 months to resolve this issue for my clients.

  I noticed a similar case in the forum where staff member @meolam provided guidance. I have carefully followed all the recommended steps:

  1. I checked all my email folders, including spam – I have not received any notification.
  2. I submitted multiple support requests via the Suspended Site form – but have not received any response.
  3. I reviewed the Terms of Service and can confirm that my content is compliant. For 2 of my domains, I can provide screenshots of the content via Wayback Machine to prove compliance.
  4. I have read all the forum posts related to suspended sites and noticed that everyone else received a response or had their suspension lifted, but I have not received any reply or warning.
  5. I have tried every possible way to reach out for the past 5 months. There are 2 domains that are especially important to me (the others are not as critical), and these include client sites. I am willing to do anything for these 2 domains – I can provide content screenshots from Wayback Machine, I have read your terms at least 100 times, and I am confident there is no violation.
  6. I am still waiting for any response.

  One of the imported sites is a social media marketing website with over 1,000 clients, and the other is a blog that shares salary information. All of these sites follow your guidelines. The suspension of my sites is cutting off my communication with my clients.

  I would greatly appreciate your urgent help in reviewing my case and restoring access. I am ready to make any necessary adjustments immediately. I can provide identification, make payments, and complete any required verification or settings.
