WordPress dont publish article Word

  Hi, I am getting the below error when I want to upload an article in Word program. Uploaded when I send the picture without adding it. Does anyone have this problem?

  ‘Word Cannot Publish the picture in the post. the provider where you are trying to publish is unavailable ‘
