Rus filename translit
WordPress russian filename translitter. Russian filename not correct save by WordPress.
For example: “Приказ от 16_06_2011г_N755 О проведении единого государственного экзамена в Республике Марий Эл в 2011 году в дополнительные сроки.pdf” saved as “Prikaz-ot-16_06_2011g_N755-O-provedenii-edinogo-gosudarstvennogo-ehkzamena-v-Respublike-Marijj-EHl-v-2011-godu-v-dopolnitelnye-sroki.pdf”, but file title saved as “Приказ от 16_06_2011г_N755 О проведении единого государственного экзамена в Республике Марий Эл в 2011 году в дополнительные сроки”.
