Disable Admin WP Cron Notice For UpdraftPlus

This plugin disables the admin notice from UpdraftPlus that warns the user that ‚DISABLE_WP_CRON‘ is enabled. However, if the site is relying upon the server’s crontab, the notice is just in the way.
