External Service

This plugin connects to the Discover Metric API at https://discovermetric.com/api/v1 to perform content analysis and generate AI fix suggestions. An API key is required.

When you click „Check Article“: * For published articles: your article’s public URL is sent to the API for analysis. * For draft articles: the article’s HTML content is sent directly for analysis. * Analysis results are cached locally in post meta.

When you click „Fix“ (AI Fix): * The relevant article excerpt (title, meta description, lead paragraph, headings, or AEO status) and article context are sent to generate improvement suggestions.

No data is sent to the API unless you explicitly click the „Check Article“ or „Fix“ buttons. No user credentials or private data are transmitted beyond article content.
