Promotions Restrict to Email for Event Espresso

Allows the Event Espresso Promotions Addon to be limited to specific e-mail addresses.
This plugin is an extension for the Event Espresso 4 Promotions Addon. It adds an option to the promotion add/edit page where you can enter one or more email addresses. The promotion can then only be applied when one of the email addresses match the primary attendees\‘ email address.
