All-in-one WordPress maintenance, support and client management platform for agencies – updates, backups, uptime, reports, support and more.
This plugin connects your WordPress installation to the Glow dashboard, where you can manage multiple WordPress websites from a single, centralized location.
Key Features: * Multi-site management: Oversee all your websites from one dashboard. * Efficient workflows: Streamline updates, backups, and other maintenance tasks across multiple sites. * Safe updates with automatic rollback: Each plugin update creates a backup, runs a compatibility check, captures before and after screenshots, verifies the site is still healthy, and automatically restores the previous version if the update broke anything. Removes the fear of update-related downtime. * Support your clients: Support tickets with chat-like UI and quick navigation * Built-in backups and restore: Scheduled and manual backups with selective restore, plus optional off-site copies in Glow cloud storage. * Uptime monitoring: Monitor the Uptime of your clients‘ websites. * Client reports: Quickly create and send high quality reports that actually mean something to your client. * Time tracking: Allocate an allotted amount of time to each client. * Enhanced productivity: Focus on growing your business instead of repetitive maintenance.

This plugin connects to the Glow API to enable client and site management features for WordPress agencies, including plugin updates, license validation, and single sign-on (SSO). To provide these features, the plugin sends limited technical and authentication-related data from the WordPress site to the Glow API: when the plugin is activated (to register the site and report its installed plugin, theme, and WordPress core versions), and when actions such as connecting an account, performing updates or backups, or initiating single sign-on are triggered. When the off-site backup option is enabled on your Glow plan, this plugin uploads your website’s backups (a compressed copy of the WordPress database and selected files) to Glow’s cloud storage, hosted on Amazon S3 in your chosen region (Europe or the United States). The database backup includes the data WordPress stores about your site and its users. Uploads happen only after you enable the option in the Glow dashboard and only while the site is connected to Glow. Backups are retained according to your plan and deleted when you disable the option. Glow: https://getglow.io, privacy policy: https://getglow.io/privacy. The plugin’s settings page embeds an introductory demo video hosted on Loom (https://www.loom.com) that shows how to use the Glow dashboard. No site data is sent to Loom; it only loads the embedded player. This service is provided by “Glow”: Terms of use: https://getglow.io/terms Privacy policy: https://getglow.io/privacy
