Using FTP or similar

• unzip ‚israeli-orange-delivery‘ file and
• Upload ‚israeli-orange-delivery‘ folder to the /wp-content/plugins/‘ directory.
• Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress.
