The Talke CRM plugin connects your WordPress site to Talke CRM and captures leads automatically. Features:

External services
This plugin connects to Talke CRM, a lead capture and CRM service provided by Talke, to store your leads and track visits from your website. Talke CRM is the service this plugin is built to work with, so an active Talke CRM account is required.
The plugin communicates with the Talke CRM API at https://crm.talke.com.br in the following cases:
- On every page load — the plugin loads the tracking script
tracker.jsfromhttps://crm.talke.com.br/tracker.js, and sends page view events tohttps://crm.talke.com.br/api/pageview. Data sent: the page URL, page title, referrer, UTM and ad-click parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, gclid, fbclid, etc.), and technical data (IP address and browser user agent) used to identify the session. - When a visitor submits a form or completes a WooCommerce order — the plugin sends the submitted lead data to
https://crm.talke.com.br/api/capture. Data sent: the fields provided by the visitor (name, email, phone and other form fields) together with the attribution parameters above, so the lead can be registered in your CRM.
Data is sent over HTTPS and is used only to register and organize your leads and show you reports. As the site owner you are the data controller and are responsible for obtaining your visitors‘ consent (e.g. via your own site’s privacy/cookie notice).
