Getting Started

1. Configure Your AI Provider

1. Go to TicLabs AI Content Hub > Settings
2. Choose your AI provider (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, or custom provider)
3. Enter your API key securely

2. Add API Keys

1. Get your API key from your chosen provider:

   • OpenAI: https://platform.openai.com/api-keys
   • Google AI: https://makersuite.google.com/app/apikey
   • Anthropic: https://console.anthropic.com/
   • Stability AI: https://platform.stability.ai/
   • Custom Provider: Contact your provider for credentials

2. Go to TicLabs AI Content Hub > Settings

3. Click Add New Key
4. Select provider, paste your key, and save securely

3. Generate Your First Content

1. Go to TicLabs AI Content Hub > Generate Content
2. Select a Provider
3. Select content type (Blog Post, Page, Product Description, Meta Description, Title)
4. Enter your prompt in Description field.
5. Click Generate Content
6. Review and edit the generated content
7. Copy to clipboard

4. Generate Images

1. Go to TicLabs AI Content Hub > Generate Images
2. Select a Provider
3. Enter your image description
4. Select a image size
5. Click Generate Image
6. You will be able to find the generated image in the Media Library.

The plugin includes ready-to-use templates for:

Security & Privacy

• API Keys: Never logged or displayed
• Data: No content sent to third parties except configured providers
• Permissions: Content Hub only visible to users with appropriate capabilities
• Nonces: All forms protected against CSRF attacks
• Sanitization: All user input properly sanitized

External Services

This plugin connects to multiple third-party AI service providers to generate content (text and images). These external services are required to provide the core functionality of generating AI-powered content within WordPress.

Data Sent: User-provided prompts, selected settings (model, temperature, max tokens, etc.), and API keys provided by the user. When: Data is sent only when the user explicitly requests content generation through the plugin interface. User Control: Users can disable specific providers or choose which service to use. No automatic requests are made.

• API Keys: Users must provide their own API keys for most services. The plugin does not store API keys on our servers.
• Data Privacy: We recommend reviewing each service’s privacy policy to understand how your data is handled.
• No Automatic Requests: The plugin does NOT make automatic requests to any external service. Requests are only made when the user explicitly initiates content generation.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

„Invalid API Key“ – Verify API key is correct and not expired – Check provider is selected correctly – Ensure API key has necessary permissions – Try regenerating API key from provider

„Rate limit exceeded“ – Wait before making new requests – Upgrade API plan for higher limits – Configure rate limiting in plugin settings – Check provider dashboard for usage

„Connection timeout“ – Check internet connection – Verify provider API is online (check status page) – Try alternative provider

„Memory limit exceeded“ – Increase PHP memory_limit in wp-config.php – Clear plugin cache – Upgrade hosting plan

„No response from provider“ – Verify network firewall allows outbound requests – Check provider’s status and availability
