Privacy / External service

This plugin connects your store to Brunel Shipping, an online delivery service. A Brunel merchant account is required (sign up). By installing, activating, and connecting the plugin, you authorize Brunel to process the information needed to quote shipping rates and fulfill deliveries.

What Brunel uses to serve your customers

• At checkout, Brunel receives destination address details and package information needed to calculate shipping rates.
• After you connect your store in the Brunel merchant portal, Brunel can sync orders and product information so you can fulfill deliveries and (optionally) show product promotions on branded tracking pages, and can update order status when a package is delivered.
• Plugin settings stay on your WordPress site. Optional debug logging is off by default.
