Core Plus Links

Core Plus Links is an internal linking assistant for WordPress. Open a post or page in the block editor, and the Core Plus Links sidebar suggests related pages from your site so you can insert links without leaving the editor.

It is deterministic by default: suggestions come from a local content index and rule-based ranking (titles, taxonomies, headings, and link-graph signals). The plugin does not call external AI services and does not send your content off-site.

Includes:

• Indexing for posts and pages
• Deterministic suggested links in the Gutenberg sidebar, with editable anchors, one-click insert, and dismiss
• Inbound and outbound link listings for the current post in the editor sidebar
• A context bank for taxonomies and exclusions (specific posts/pages and categories/tags)
• Suggested exclusions for utility pages — proposed for your review, never applied automatically
• Basic reports (orphans, underlinked pages, and related summaries) with sortable columns
