Disable XML-RPC Pingback

Detiene el abuso del XML-RPC en tu sitio simplemente eliminando algunos métodos usados por los atacantes. Si bien, puedes seguir usando el resto de métodos XML-RPC.

Esto es más amigable que desactivar totalmente XML-RPC, que es necesario para algunos plugins y aplicaciones (por ejemplo, aplicaciones móviles o algunos módulos de Jetpack).

Elimina los siguientes métodos de la interfaz XML-RPC.

• pingback.ping
• pingback.extensions.getPingbacks
• También quita X-Pingback de las cabeceras HTTP. Esto con suerte evitará que algunos bots traten de llegar a tu archivo xmlrpc.php.
