This plugin connects to Ensoras for all AI processing, chat, and ticket management.
- Account registration: your email, name, and site URL are sent to Ensoras to create your project
- Chat widget: loaded from Ensoras on pages where the widget is displayed; visitor messages are sent to Ensoras for processing
- Email verification: your email and name are sent to verify your account during setup
- WooCommerce connection (optional): read-only API credentials and store URL are shared so Ensoras can look up orders and products
- Customer identification (optional): logged-in customer emails are passed to the widget for order history lookup
