External Services

This plugin connects to Ensoras for all AI processing, chat, and ticket management.

  • Account registration: your email, name, and site URL are sent to Ensoras to create your project
  • Chat widget: loaded from Ensoras on pages where the widget is displayed; visitor messages are sent to Ensoras for processing
  • Email verification: your email and name are sent to verify your account during setup
  • WooCommerce connection (optional): read-only API credentials and store URL are shared so Ensoras can look up orders and products
  • Customer identification (optional): logged-in customer emails are passed to the widget for order history lookup
  • Usage analytics (optional): basic environment info (PHP, WP, WooCommerce versions) shared once daily to improve the product; no customer data collected; opt out anytime in settings
