ERP7 Solutions Sync for Odoo and WooCommerce
ERP7 Solutions Sync for Odoo and WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store to your Odoo ERP system through the OdooConnector cloud service, with a focus on complete, reliable order synchronization.
What this plugin includes
- Odoo connection setup and validation
- Order export (WooCommerce → Odoo): automatic on checkout and on status change, plus manual export
- Order import (Odoo → WooCommerce)
- Invoice handling: create Odoo invoices from orders, mark paid / register payments
- Refund sync: WooCommerce refunds become Odoo credit notes
- Dashboard, logging, and HPOS-compatible order handling
- Secure webhook callbacks for sync status
Every feature listed above is fully functional in this plugin — there is no license unlock, trialware gate, or disabled code path.
Pro add-on (separate plugin)
Product synchronization, customer synchronization, and inventory sync are provided by a separate commercial add-on plugin, ERP7 Sync for Odoo Pro, distributed from https://odooconnector.cloud (not from WordPress.org). The Features tab in this plugin shows a plain comparison of what this plugin does versus what the add-on adds.

Requirements
- WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
- An Odoo instance (URL, database, username, password)
- Network access to the OdooConnector service (see «External services» below)
External services
This plugin relies on OdooConnector (https://odooconnector.cloud), a cloud middleware service operated by the plugin author, to perform synchronization between WooCommerce and Odoo. The plugin does not sync to Odoo without it.
What the service does: it receives sync requests from your store, connects to your Odoo instance on your behalf, and executes the operations you request.
Free plan scope: without a paid OdooConnector plan, the service processes up to 10 successful order syncs per calendar month — including invoice and payment handling as part of each order — and may reject further requests with a quota error. Paid service plans enable unlimited order sync on the middleware and are required by the separate Pro add-on for product, inventory, and customer sync. This plugin does not disable its own sync functions when a service limit is reached.
Subscription billing for the service is processed by Stripe.
Data sent to the service:
- Your site URL — sent automatically, as soon as the plugin is active, to check your subscription status
- Your Odoo connection details — Odoo URL, database name, username, and password — sent and stored by the service once you enter them and test/save the connection
- A webhook secret — shared with the service on login/register so sync completion callbacks can be authenticated
- Your WordPress admin email — sent once you subscribe, used for billing and service notifications
- The WooCommerce data being synchronized (orders and their customer details) — sent once you connect and sync
By activating the plugin you consent to your site URL being sent for subscription-status checks; by configuring the connection you consent to your Odoo credentials and WooCommerce data being transmitted to and processed by the OdooConnector service.
