What is FastSocial? FastSocial is a social media scheduling and publishing platform. The plugin sends your WordPress post content to the FastSocial API, which then distributes it to your connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).

What data is sent and when? When a WordPress post is published (or scheduled), the plugin sends the following data to the FastSocial API: – Post title, excerpt, and/or custom caption – Post URL (optional, can be disabled in settings) – Featured image URL (optional, can be disabled in settings) – Selected publishing platform(s) – Your FastSocial API key (for authentication)

Data is only sent when auto-publish is enabled and a post is published. No data is sent passively or in the background.

Third-party libraries: This plugin includes FullCalendar (https://fullcalendar.io), an open-source JavaScript calendar library licensed under the MIT License. It is used to display the scheduling calendar in the WordPress admin. No data is sent to FullCalendar servers.
