FynStudio CRM – The Smart CRM for Photographers

FynStudio CRM brings the business behind every shoot into one focused WordPress workspace. Manage clients, projects, tasks, inquiries and communication without spreading your daily work across disconnected tools.

Built for photographers, FynStudio keeps the workflow practical and the data under your control. It runs directly on your own WordPress website, has no artificial limits on clients or projects, and leaves out the accounting complexity that makes many business platforms larger and more expensive than they need to be.

FynStudio CRM is a complete standalone plugin. Your CRM records remain in your WordPress installation and are intended for authenticated administration use. FynStudio does not add analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

External services

FynStudio does not send CRM information to the plugin author. Depending on site configuration, it can communicate with services selected by the site owner:

• Email or SMTP provider: recipient details and message content are sent when an administrator sends email or a configured form notification is triggered.
• iCal provider: the WordPress server requests configured external calendar feed URLs to synchronize events. Feed URLs may contain private access tokens.
• Configured email recipients: form submissions can be forwarded to recipients selected by the site administrator.

The site owner is responsible for the terms and privacy notices of configured external providers.

Privacy

FynStudio can store personal and business information entered by the site operator or submitted through configured forms, including contact details, messages, notes, questionnaire responses, project information and communication history. This information remains in the site’s WordPress database and is not transmitted to the plugin author.

Optional features can send data to services selected by the site operator. Email content and recipient details are transferred to the configured email or SMTP provider, and external calendar synchronization contacts the configured iCal provider. Supported form integrations copy only the fields configured by the site operator into FynStudio records.

Private CRM documents are stored in a protected area of the WordPress uploads directory and are delivered through authenticated, permission-checked downloads. Site owners should include the WordPress database and uploads directory in their backup and migration procedures.

FynStudio integrates with the WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Erasure anonymizes personal content while allowing business records that may be required for contractual, tax or other legal obligations to remain. The site operator is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, retention period and privacy policy for their use of the plugin and any connected services.

FynStudio does not add analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Suggested privacy-policy wording is available in the WordPress privacy policy guide under Settings > Privacy.

Uninstalling

Deactivating FynStudio never deletes CRM data. By default, deleting the plugin also retains clients, projects, tasks, products, locations, forms, questionnaires, communication records, templates, private document files and settings so they can be reused after reinstalling the plugin. The calendar synchronization task, plugin version marker and FynStudio capability are removed.

To remove all FynStudio data, first enable «Permanently delete FynStudio data on uninstall» under FynStudio > Settings > General, save the settings, and then delete the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen. This permanently deletes all FynStudio custom post type records and plugin options, including studio and SMTP settings, calendar data, project and task settings, external form mappings, dashboard widgets and dashboard templates. It also deletes FynStudio private document storage and legacy Media Library attachments linked to FynStudio document records. Other WordPress media is retained.
