External services
This plugin connects to Hyperleap AI, a third-party AI chatbot service, to display the chat widget and power its AI responses.
- What is loaded: the widget script from
https://chatjs.hyperleap.ai/chatbot.min.json your site’s front-end pages when the plugin is configured and enabled. - What data is sent: when a visitor uses the chat, their messages (and any details they type, such as a name or email) are sent to Hyperleap AI to generate responses and store the conversation for you. Your configured Chatbot ID and Embed Key are included in the page so the widget can identify your chatbot.
- When: the script loads on every front-end page view while the widget is enabled; conversation data is sent only when a visitor interacts with the chat.
- Service provider: Hyperleap AI — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
If you disable the plugin or leave the settings empty, no external requests are made.
